Position: Food Service Supervisor
Number of Positions: 2
Duration: Full time Permanent
Experience requirement: Minimum 1 year.
Start Date: As soon as possible
Wage: $17.00/hour for 32 to 40 hours/Week.

Job Duties:
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of restaurant staff
• Maintain record of sales, stock and wastage.
• Ensure proper sanitation and hygiene procedure is followed in the restaurant.
• Hire and train or make arrangements for training of new staff members.
• Address customer complaints in professional manner.
• Overseeing food preparation and storage to ensure compliance with health
and food safety regulations are met.
• Estimate and order food ingredients and other supplies.
• Ensure excellent quality of food and service is provided to customers
• Prepare work schedule for restaurant staff.
• Prepare sales and employee reports.
