Working hours: 30 to 40 hours per Week (to be negotiated)
Wage: $34.00 to 42.00 per hour (to be negotiated); The overtime rate begins after 8 hours of work per day and 44 hours per week, with an overtime pay of 1.5x the regular pay rate

Job Duties:
– Conducting performance reviews for team members;
– Assigning, reviewing, and coordinating tasks among team members;
– Ensuring the smooth operation of all customer service-related aspects;
– Developing and implementing work schedules for team members;
– Facilitating communication between various departments to support daily operations from a customer service standpoint;
– Documenting errors and issues arising from team members and supervising their efficient resolution;
– Identifying training needs for team members and providing appropriate training;
– Directly reporting customer service-related issues to the business owner when necessary;
– Fostering positive relationships among all stakeholders in the business.

Education:
– College/CEGEP

Experience and specialization:
– 1 year to less than 2 years’ experience
