Great Canadian Oil Change is looking for a Full-Time Sales/Service Supervisor (NOC 62010-2)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 30-40 hours per week, $22.00/hour, with benefits.
Job Description:
• Supervise and coordinate sales and service staff
• Assign sales and service workers to duties and prepare work schedules
• Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
• Maintain specified inventory and order merchandise
• Prepare reports regarding sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters
• Ensure the visual standards and image of the store are maintained, such as store displays, signage and cleanliness
• As needed, perform the same duties as workers supervised.
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 years of related experience
• Completion of high school
• Automotive knowledge
• Customer Service
• Computer skills
• Health and safety awareness
• Mechanical experience
• Language in the workplace is English
