Ice Seton Inc. operating as Dairy Queen is looking for Food Service Supervisors. We are located at Unit 180, 3775 202 Ave SE, Calgary, AB T3M 3N7. We are looking for three Food Service Supervisors to join our team in Calgary, Alberta. The Food Service Supervisor is a permanent and full-time position.

Duties of the Food Service Supervisor include:

• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Supervise and check assembly of trays
• Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
• Prepare and submit reports
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Establish work schedules
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• Ensure food service and quality control

Skill and Education Requirements

• Completion of Secondary (high) school
• Completion of college program in food service preferred
• Six months or more of experience
• Must have the ability to communicate in English, both written and verbally

The wage for the Food Service Supervisor is $18.00 an hour for a work week of 30 to 44 hours. We also provide health benefits and paid meals during shift.
