Working hours: 30 hours ~ 40 hours per week

Benefit: 4% of gross salary OR 10 days paid vacation as a vacation reimbursement.

Job Duties:
– Cut, bone and prepare standard cuts of meat and poultry.
– Grind and slice meats using powered grinders and slicing machines.
– Shape, lace and tie roasts and other meats and poultry.
– Manage inventory of meat records and determine amount, product freshness according to company requirements.
– Make sure food storage conditions are adequate at the required temperature.

Skill Requirements:
• Education: No formal education is required, but completion of high school is preferred.
• Experience: No formal experience is required as on the job training is provided. Related work experience as a meatcutter is an asset.
