Job Description:

1. Manage resources like materials, people, and money to carry out the organization’s plans.
2. Approve and set up important departments and their senior staff.
3. Control finances and administration, approve promotions, and plan for the organization’s workforce.
4. Set goals for the organization and decide on the rules and plans to reach them.
5. Represent the organization in talks or send others as representatives.
6. Choose managers and staff, give them the power they need, and make sure they have good working conditions.
