Circle K is looking to hire permanent full-time Retail store supervisors who are passionate about the retail Industry, can engage and motivate the team in fast-paced environment, and can successfully assist in our retail operations through supervision and upper management coordination. The Ideal candidate will:

• Assign sales workers to duties.
• Order merchandise.
• Authorize return of merchandise.
• Establish work schedules.
• Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters.
• Organize and maintain inventory.
• Resolve problems that arise, such as customer complaints and supply shortages.
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers.

Skills Requirements:
·      Completion of secondary school.
·      Minimum 1 year of experience required.
