Scott’s Inn is looking for two (2) Full-Time Motel Supervisors (NOC 62022-2)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 35-40 hours per week, $49,000 per year, with benefits after 6 months of working.
Job Description:
• Coordinate, assign and review the work of motel clerks, front desk agents, reservation clerks.
• Establish work schedules and procedures and coordinate activities with other work units or departments
• Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports
• Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
• Requisition supplies and materials
• Ensure smooth operation of computer systems, equipment and machinery, and arrange for maintenance and repair work
• May perform the same duties as workers supervised, as needed.

Job Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 years of supervisory experience for accommodation services.
• Language in the workplace is English
