Job Description

Responsibilities: – Provide administrative support to the management team – Manage and coordinate office operations and procedures – Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports – Maintain and update company databases and filing systems – Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements – Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports – Monitor inventory levels and order office supplies as needed – Handle confidential information with discretion
