Job Description:
Position: Retail Sales Supervisor

Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time
Wage: $23.08 – $26.00 per hour (to be negotiated)
Working Hours: 30-40 hours per week
Benefit: 4% of salary for vacation remuneration or 10 days of paid vacation. Extended health benefits will be provided after 3 months of probation period.

Job Duties:
– Supervise and co-ordinate cosmetics sales staff and cashiers.
– Train or arrange for training of staff.
– Assign employees to specific duties, and discipline them when needed.
– Plan and prepare work schedules and keep records of employees’ work schedules.
– Maintain the inventory and order merchandise.
– Provide customer service by resolving issues responding to customer inquiries, complaints, and supply shortages.
– Computed service prices and processed payments.

Job Requirements:
– Education: Completion of secondary school is required.
– Experience: Minimum 1 year of retail supervisor experience is required.
