A&W Restaurant (6495070 Manitoba Ltd.) in Winnipeg, Manitoba, is presently seeking two Restaurant Supervisors to join our team. This is a permanent full-time position, at $15.50/hour (40 hours/week). Our business address is 1 Lowson Crescent, Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, R3P 0T3. The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, including customer service, staffing, and food preparation.

Specific Skills Required:
– Establish methods to meet work schedules
– Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
– Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
– Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
– Ensure food service and quality control
– Prepare budget and cost estimates
– Address customers’ complaints or concerns
– Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
– Prepare and submit reports
– Establish work schedules
– Supervise food and beverage servers and other staff
