Job Description

Supervise and care one child in the employer’s home.

Oversee child’s activities such as play, meals and rest periods.

Instruct child in personal hygiene and social development.

Tend to emotional well being of the child.

Plan, prepare and cook nutritious meals for the child.

May perform routine light house keeping and cleaning duties.

Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home.

Wage: 18.00 / 40 hours a week

Job location: Private home in between 21432m River Road, Maple Ridge, BC,V2X2B3

Term of Employment: Full time 40 hours a week; 2 years contract.

Language requirement: English

Education Required: High School Graduate or equivalent.

Work Experience Required: 6 months minimum childcare experience
