Position: Meatcutter

Wage: $23.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working hours: 30 – 40 per week
Number of Positions: 4
Benefit: 4% of gross salary OR 10 days paid vacation as a vacation reimbursement.
Group insurance benefits will be provided and a 10% discount after 3 months of probation period.

Job Duties:
– Cut, bone and prepare standard cuts of meat and poultry.
– Grind and slice meats using powered grinders and slicing machines.
– Shape, lace and tie roasts and other meats and poultry.
– Manage inventory of meat records and determine amount, product freshness according to company requirements.
– Make sure food storage conditions are adequate at the required temperature.

Skill Requirements:
Education: No formal education is required, but completion of high school is preferred.
Experience: No formal experience is required as on the job training is provided.
Language: English
