Job Description:
– Position: Apprentice Cook
– Employer: 739492 NB Inc. dba Spoon Sushi #2
– Work Location: 5-370 Elmwood Drive, Moncton, New Brunswick E1A 8R5
– Business Address: Same as above
– Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time
– Wage: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour (to be negotiated)
– Working Hours: 30-44 hours per week
– Benefit: 4% of salary for vacation remuneration or 10 days of paid vacation.

Job Duties:
– Prepare and cook Japanese foods such as Tempura, Donburi, Teriyaki, Udon, Rolls etc.
– Follow proper plate presentation and garnish set up for all dishes as directed by cooks.
– Cook food according to recipes.
– Prepare and wash ingredients.
– Stock and maintain ingredients in refrigerator.
– Check inventory of ingredients and supplies.

Job Requirements:
– Education: Completion of high school is required.
– Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in this field.
