Israelson Forage Inc., located at SE25-31-3-W5, Didsbury, AB is seeking two farm foreman. Permanent, full-time. English speaking workplace. Rural Area.

Wage: $22.00/hour
(wage increase upon performance review)
Education: High School
Experience: 2-3 years
Accommodation: Will help locate suitable and affordable accommodation

Duties:
All duties related to hay and crops
Operation of modern farm equipment.
Maintenance and upkeep of farm equipment.
Ability to run equipment and manage other workers.
Must have basic knowledge of equipment for diagnosing and repair of equipment.
Class #1 an asset or the ability to obtain class #1
Seeding, fertilizing, weed control, and harvesting of hay and other crops.
Equipment maintenance during winter months.
Planning and organizing for the next crop season with the owner.
Finding and interviewing general farm workers
All duties related to livestock
Feeding
Bedding
Ensure waterbowls are full
Recognize and treat any livestock health issues
General farm work as necessary.

Good knowledge of crops, rotations, weed control and herbicides.
Must be reliable, punctual and responsible.
Weekend work is required.
