Our hobby quickly led us to opening this restaurant Kanae Yakiniku, a place where people from all over the town can meet to enjoy our special dishes and comfortable atmosphere. Now we are hiring 1 Cook.

Job Description:

Job Title: Cook (NOC 63200)

Positions: 1

Location: 205-4231 Hazelbridge Way, Richmond, BC V6X 3L7

Compensation: $18 /hour

Hours: 30~40 hours/week

Requirements:

Completion of secondary school is required.

Experience is an asset. Will train.

Responsibilities:

Execute customized meals for patients based on instructions from a nutritionist or culinary expert

Organize and manage kitchen assistants’ schedules

Supervise and regulate all activities within the kitchen environment

Keep track of food, supplies, and equipment inventory and maintain records

Potentially arrange and supervise buffet spreads

Possibly handle kitchen and work area cleanliness

Potentially design menus, calculate portion sizes, estimate food needs and expenses, and oversee supply procurement

Potentially recruit and educate kitchen personnel.
