We are currently seeking a full-time Front Desk Clerk to join our team for. As a Front Desk Clerk, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel. This position involves a range of responsibilities, including customer service, reservation management, and general hotel tasks.

Main Job duties:
• Handle guest reservations efficiently and accurately, ensuring all details are recorded correctly.
• Welcome guests upon arrival, assist with the check-in and check-out processes, and provide information about hotel services and amenities.
• Answer incoming calls and address guest inquiries or concerns professionally and courteously.
• Monitor and manage hotel room inventory to maximize occupancy and revenue.
• Perform laundry tasks as needed to maintain a clean and organized hotel environment.
• Complete additional tasks and assignments as required by hotel management.

Skills and Qualifications:
• Proficiency in English as English would be working language
• Ability to work independently and take initiative without constant supervision.
• Ability to work in shifting schedules on weekdays, weekends, and holidays as required
• Punctual and consistent attendance to meet scheduling requirements.
• Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and accountability for job duties.
• Prior experience in customer service and similar role is preferred but not mandatory. We provide training to motivated individuals.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service. Sales skills are a plus.
