Hours of Work: 30~40hrs per week
Wage: $21.50 per hour
Benefit: 4% of vacation pay or 10 days of paid vacation per year.

Job Duties:
– Assign work schedules to staff and ensure smooth operation of our spa
– Order supplies and monitor the stock and availability
– Resolve work-related problems and make decisions accordingly
– Know all spa products and services to train and motivate staff to ensure business goals and objectives are met
– Assist clients with special needs
– Co-ordinate, assign and evaluate employee’s work performance

Job Requirements:
Education: Completion of Secondary School is required.
Experience: Minimum 6 months to 1 year of supervisory experience OR completion of college courses related to the area supervised.
