CSN BF Collision (Dawson Creek, BC) is looking for a Full-Time Customer Service Clerk (NOC 64409-4)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 40 hours per week, $23.00/hour, with benefits.
Job Description:
• Answer enquiries from customers (in person or on the phone)
• Update accounts, initiate billing and process claim payments, and receive payment for services.
• Maintain management systems according to company SOP’s.
• Ensure that all insurance policies regarding OEM, aftermarket and used parts are followed.
• Participate in daily release meetings and be prepared to provide status on all parts/sublet issues.
• Provide information about claims or accounts
• Investigate complaints regarding the establishment’s goods, services and policies
• Receive account payments
• Submit, prepare, and receive all parts orders through management system.
• Order all supplement parts as needed following all above processes.
• Ensure that all unused parts are returned for credit and that Lift received credit in a timely manner.
• Other duties as required by Location Manager.
Job Requirements:
• Related work experience is an asset but not required – we are willing to train the right candidate
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced work environment
• Must have a valid driver’s licence
• Language in the workplace is English
