Blind Bay and Sorrento Village Grocer is looking for three (3) Full-Time Sushi Cooks (NOC 63200-3) to join our growing team! This is a full-time, permanent position with 40 hours per week. Wage is $20.00/hour with dental and medical insurance benefits.
Job Description:
• Prepare sushi and cook Japanese/Asian dishes and foods as per Blind Bay and Sorrento Village Grocer standards approved by the manager on duty.
• Cooking and handling of fish, estimate food requirements, check inventory levels and monitor and order supplies.
• Inspect kitchen and food service areas.
• Principal set up and break-down of kitchen and cleaning.
• Clean kitchen and work area.

Job Requirements:
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Cook.
• Must have knowledge of sushi preparation
• Language in the workplace is English
