Terms of employment: Permanent, Full-time shift.
Wage: $ 44.99 per hour
Working Hours: 30 – 40 hours per week.
Benefit: 10 days paid vacation. Extended medical insurance is provided after 3 months of employment.

Job Duties
– Determine the company’s objectives and create policies and programs.
– Responsible for authorizing the organizing the establishment of major departments along with appointing senior staff members to lead these departments.
– The allocation of materials, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and procedures.
– Select and train middle managers and directors and provide authority to create optimal working conditions.
– Coordinate the work of departments in other locations.
– Represent, or delegate representative to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiation or other official functions.

Job Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree is required for this position.
Experience: At least 4 years of experience in business management
OR
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
