The following responsibilities and qualifications define the role we offer:

Duties
• Plan, develop, implement and evaluate human resources policies and programs
• Advise managers and employees on the interpretation of human resources policies, benefit programs and collective agreements
• Establish and implement policies and procedures
• Assign, co-ordinate and review projects and programs
• Research and prepare occupational classifications, job descriptions and salary scales
• Manage contracts
• Hire, train and supervise staff
• Recruit and hire staff

Requirements
• 2 years to less than 3 years
• College/CEGEP diploma

Work Location: 200 – 120 East Beaver Creek Rd, Richmond Hill, ON, L4B 4V1
Wage: 38.5 42.00 CAD/Hour
Job starting date: As soon as possible
