NGL Holdings Ltd. O/A Dana Mandi in Prince George, BC is looking for 2 Kitchen Helpers on a full-time, permanent basis to join them ASAP.
Work Setting: Restaurant
Work location: 2095 5th Avenue, Prince George, BC V2M 1J8
Cuisine Specialties: East Indian, West Indian, and South Indian
Wage: Between $17.50 – $20.00/hour (based on experience, if any)
Term: full-time (35 to 40 hours/week)
Job Requirements:
• Education: No formal education is required.
• Experience: Experience not required; On the job training is provided.

Job Duties:
· Help Cooks with meal preparation and washing, cutting, peeling and slicing ingredients
· Assist in the kitchen by cutting vegetables, mixing salads, packing sauces and other food items as per customers’ orders
· Mop and sweep the kitchen
· Refill condiments or other supplies on the tables
· Take out the garbage and replacing garbage bags
· Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas
· Maintain sanitation of the work place including floors, tables, ledges, and counters
· Wash, dry and put away all dishes and kitchen utensils
· Maintain awareness with menu and special items
