Job Description
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office, such as answer and direct phone call, schedule meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, distribute email, correspondence memos, letters and forms
• Greet visitors and direct visitors to employer or appropriate person
• Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
• Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies, research new deals and suppliers
• Submit and reconcile expense reports
• Update and maintain office policies and procedures
• Communicate with agents to facilitate the sale of products.
• Handle copywriting tasks, including work reports, feedback reports, and data statistical reports.
• Perform basic design work, such as creating flyers and promotional
REQUIREMENTS:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Administrative experience is an asset
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability
COMPENSATION: CAD 25-27/Hour
WORK HOURS: 30-40 Hours per Week
