Mission Junction Sushi Ltd. is looking for experienced Hot Food Cooks.
Position: Hot Food Cook

Terms of employment: Permanent and Full-time
Wage: $25/ hour
Working Hours: 30 ~ 40 hours /week
Benefit: 4% of gross salary or 10 days paid vacation as a vacation reimbursement.

Job Duties:
a. Prepare and make various types of Udon, Donburi, Karage, Tempura, Yakisoba, and Bento Box.
b. Prepare and make sauces for dishes on the menu.
c. Train and supervise kitchen staffs including kitchen helpers.
d. Check food stocks and order to maintain food supplies.
e. Plan and upgrade dishes for the menu.

Requirement:
Education: Completion of High school
Experience: Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in this field OR Completion of apprenticeship program for cooks or completion of college or other program in cooking is required.
