Position: Food Service Supervisor
Number of Positions: 1
Duration: Full time Permanent
Experience requirement: 7 months to less than 1 year
Start Date: As soon as possible
35 hours/week.

Job Duties:
• Establish methods to meet work schedules
• Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
• Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
• Estimate and order ingredients and supplies
• Ensure good quality of food and service is provided to customers.
• Ensure staff is following franchise policies for food preparation and handling.
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
• Prepare and submit reports.
• Establish work schedules of employees.
