Skills and Qualifications Required:
. 7 Months to less than 1 year of experience is required .
• College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
• Effective interpersonal skills should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to be organized, dependable, reliable and flexible.
• Ability to be detail oriented and accurate
• Excellent knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Word, Quick Books, MS Excel and Simply Accounting
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Ability to analyze and think through recording of transaction
• Should be able to demonstrate customer services whenever required

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
• Administer complete processing of Clients property files.
• Answer incoming phone calls in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings with clients.
• Manages office routines and expenses ensuring efficiency is maintained through availability of equipment and supplies and effective management of files and records.
• Represent business with excellent client services.
• Record and prepare minutes of meetings during client meetings and internal business process discussions.
• May need to prepare a listing presentation for potential buyers to assist sales team to pitch new sales.
• Consistently provide superior responsive service to client fax/ e-mail/telephone requests
• Greet visitors and coordinate with their respective appointments.
Complete administrative tasks, such as filing paperwork and distributing office mail, to support assigned Advisor by brokerage.
• Handle clients contact lists, including database management.
• Purchase office supplies as needed and schedule maintenance for office equipment repairs, if needed
• To do periodic competition mapping, distribution mapping & consistent evaluation for existing product upgrade opportunities aimed to increase customer value proposition & sales.
