Wage: $20.00 to 30.00 per hour (to be negotiated); The overtime rate begins after 8 hours of work per day and 44 hours per week, with an overtime pay of 1.5x the regular pay rate

Job Duties:
– Respond to written and verbal inquiries
– Resolve customer complaints or address concerns
– Handle inquiries and furnish information to customers
– Clarify service types and associated costs
– Keep records and track statistics
– Receive and document complaints
– Address client inquiries and furnish details
– Offer post-sale consultations for continued support

Education:
– College/CEGEP

Experience and specialization:
– 1 year to less than 2 years’ experience
