Working hours: 30 hrs/week
Salary: $45.00/ hour and 4% of vacation pay

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Establish and stimulate software development standards and processes along with best practices for high-quality software.
-Authorize the development of specifications for service.
-Lead and develop a policy for the development team in the design, development, coding, and testing.
-Meet with clients to discuss specifications, costs and timelines for the project.
-Hire and supervise new developers, designers, technicians.
-Implement design plans, review the tests.
-Monitor, evaluate, and ensure the completion of tasks and projects.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED
-Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in system analysis, data administration, software engineering, network design or computer programming, including supervisory or other equivalent experience, is required.
-Education: A Bachelor’s Degree or college diploma in computer science, business administration, commerce or engineering or equivalent experience is required.
