We are presently seeking an office administrative assistant to join our team.

Skills and Qualifications Required:
• College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
• 7 Months to less than one year of experience is required
• Effective interpersonal skills should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to be organized, dependable, reliable and flexible.
• Ability to be detail oriented and accurate
• Excellent knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Word, Quick Books, MS Excel and Simply Accounting
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Ability to analyze and think through recording of transaction
• Should be able to demonstrate customer services whenever required

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Maintains client information database, including data entry and generation of quarterly and monthly reports for internal use and/or individual requests from other agencies or regions
• Handle phone calls and respond to emails.
• Prepare delivery orders, shipment labels and process data entries for shipments and logistics.
• Partner with other team members to assist and administer transport and warehouse office administration activities.
• Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings with clients.
• Order and maintain office supplies such as printers supply/service, papers, FAX, and other office desks supplies.
• Assist with client invoices and orders processing.
• Maintains client information database, including data entry and generation of quarterly and monthly reports for internal use and/or individual requests from other agencies or regions.
• Handle phone calls and respond to emails.
• Record and prepare minutes of meetings during client meetings and internal business process discussions.
• May need to prepare a business presentation for potential clients to assist sales team to pitch new sales.
