Hours: 35 to 40 hours/week

Skills and Qualifications Required:

• College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
• Effective interpersonal skills, should have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to be organized, dependable, reliable and flexible.
• Ability to be detail oriented and accurate
• Excellent knowledge of MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Should be able to demonstrate customer services whenever required.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible to coordinate manpower and equipment to ensure delivery of materials in accordance with production/shipping schedules.
• Manages the logistics staff and activities with the safety, quality, efficiency, and output target.
• Completes records accurately and completely, including all paperwork in accordance with Good Documentation Practice
• Troubleshoot daily quality, safety and productivity issues being proactive in predicting abnormalities and finding innovative solutions to correct.
• Ensures sufficient staff resources, materials and always supplies on hand.
• Responsible to ensure quality standards are met by visually auditing product, analyzing computer data, and reviewing paperwork.
• Management to investigate and resolve operational and client issues.
• Inventory Management / responsible to support monthly inventory counts as needed.
• Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
