We are currently seeking a talented Restaurant Manager to join our team and contribute to the continued success of our establishment. This is a permanent full-time position (40 hours per week). You will be a key team player reporting to the General Manager and collaborating closely with the rest of the restaurant team. You will help coordinate and lead operations and oversee staff. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Duties Include:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures Organize and maintain inventory
• Monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Develop, implement and analyze budgets
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance
• Address customers’ complaints or concerns
• Provide customer service
• Recruit, train and supervise staff
