Sunset Ranch Golf Course is looking for 2 Full-Time Chef (NOC 62200-2)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 40 hours per week, $20.19/hour.
Our beautiful Sunset Ranch Clubhouse boasts of a Culinary team with over 40 years of culinary experience, with their outstanding food quality and plate presentation, and we are looking to hire energetic, experienced cooks to join our team.
Job Description:
• Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities.
• Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Estimate food requirements and may estimate food and labour costs
• Supervise activities of sous-chefs, specialist chefs, chefs and cooks
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
• Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience working as a cook
• Minimum completion of secondary school. Completion of a post-secondary program in culinary arts or related discipline is an asset.
