Job Title: Kitchen Manager

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
Hours of work: 30 -40 hours per week
Wage: $20.00 per hour
Number of Position: 1
Benefits: 4% of gross salary OR 10days paid vacation

Job Duties:

• Plan menus and determine related food and labour costs.
• Recruit and hire kitchen staffs.
• Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of kitchen staffs.
• Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
• Ensure that food meets quality control standards.
• Estimate and oversea kitchen operation budget.

Job Requirements:

– Experience: Completion of community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related field
OR
Two to three years of experience in kitchen is required
– Education: Completion of Secondary school
