Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-time
Hours of work: 30 -40 hours per week
Wage: $20.00 per hour
Number of Position: 2
Benefits: 4% of gross salary OR 10days paid vacation

Job Duties:

• Train new employees, assign job duties, and make sure that they follow the safety requirements.
• Oversee and check food assembly before being served to the customers.
• Order ingredients and supplies needed for meal and coffee preparation.
• Keep records of stock, sales such as amount, and cost of meal and coffee served and wastage.
• Prepare work schedules and evaluate work performance of employees.
• Maintain service meet quality control standards.

Job Requirements:

– Experience: Copletion of community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related field
OR
One to two years of experience in food preparation or service is required
– Education: Completion of Secondary school
