TWHK Food INC. (o/a Edo Japan) is hiring for 1 Kitchen Helper (NOC 65201) position in Strathmore, AB.

Title: Kitchen Helper (NOC 65201)
Location: 800 Pine Rd #110L, Strathmore, AB T1P 0A2
Compensation: $15 /hour
Hours: 30~40 hours/week

Requirements:
Completion of secondary school is required.
Experience is an asset. Will train.

Responsibilities:
* Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items.
* Serve customers at counters or tables.
* Maintain cleanliness standards by sanitizing worktables, cupboards, and kitchen appliances, creating a hygienic environment for food preparation.
* Prepare vegetables, fruits, and other food items by cleaning, peeling, chopping, and washing as necessary, ensuring their freshness and quality.
* Adhere to instructions for washing, peeling, and cutting meat, fish, and poultry to guarantee proper handling and safety standards.
* Promote kitchen cleanliness by efficiently disposing of trash and managing kitchen garbage containers, keeping the area tidy and odor-free.
* Ensure a well-organized kitchen by arranging supplies in refrigerators, cupboards, and storage areas upon unpacking, for easy accessibility and inventory control.
* Assist kitchen staff by diligently sweeping and mopping floors, providing valuable support whenever necessary to maintain a smooth workflow.
