Job Duties:
• Load and unload construction materials, and move materials to work areas;
• Report equipment or facility issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working order.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) when necessary.
• Report safety hazards or incidents promptly.
• Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt;
• Assist tradespersons in construction activities;
• Assist in drilling and blasting rock at construction sites;
• Assist in demolishing buildings using prying bars and other tools, and sort, clean and pile salvaged materials;
• Perform daily cleaning tasks to maintain a tidy and sanitary work environment.
• Perform other activities at construction sites, as directed.

Working Conditions:
• Work in wet, damp, strong odours, dust, cold environments, outdoors, noisy.
• Heavy workloads, stand, bend, crouch, and kneel.
• Repetitive task.
• Job is physically demanding, ability to lift 50 lbs or more.
