Devotion Nail Spa & Salon is looking for four (4) Full-Time Nail Care Techncians (NOC 63211-3)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 40 hours per week, 50% commission of service sales provided.
Job Description:
• Clean, shape and polish fingernails and toenails and provide related treatments.
• Provide general information to customers on beauty products
• Advise on beauty products suited to customers’ colouring and skin type
• Clean, trim and polish nails
• Nail art technics
• Provide gel and acrylic nail extensions
• Perform cashiering duties
• Provide product demonstrations
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Sell establishments’ products
• Manicures and Pedicures
• Hand and foot massages
• Salon cleaning duties as part of a team effort
• Opening and closing salon, on occasion
• Telephone and email reception as part of a team effort
• Attend team meetings and gatherings
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of nail technician experience or certificate training in an esthetics program or school
• Language in the workplace is English. Basic English is ok.
Benefits:
• Flexible wages: base pay of $17.00 per hour or 50% commission, whichever is higher
