Title: Poultry Preparer

Summary of Responsibilities:
Inspect poultry for inedible parts, defects, bruises, and blemishes and remove them
Remove pinfeathers and fine hair, trim excess skin and fat, and wash poultry
Assist meat cutters in preparing poultry for commercial use
Weight and package processed poultry
Conduct end-of-day clean-up

Requirement:
Completion of secondary school

Bonus:
Poultry processing experience in an industrial/manufacturing setting
