Job Description

OK Stop Japanese Restaurant is located at 106 Brink Street, Ashcroft, BC V0K 1A0. We are currently looking for permanent, full time Japanese Food Cooks. If you are interested, please submit your resume by e-mail.

Position: Cook
Wages: CAD$18.00/hour
Types: Full-time, Permanent
Working hours: 30~40 hours/week
Benefits: 4% of vacation pay

Job Duties:
• Prepare and cook Japanese food items including rolls, noodles, donburi, teriyaki, and other Japanese dishes on the menu;
• Maintain inventory and records of food;
• Oversee kitchen operation;
• Train kitchen staff.

Job Requirements:
• Completion of secondary school;
• Completion of a three-year apprenticeship program for cooks or completion of college or other program in cooking or 2-3 years of commercial cooking experience.
