Wage: $22.60 – $25.00 per hour (to be negotiated)
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Working hours: 30hrs ~ 40hrs/week
Number of Positions: 2
Benefit: 4% of gross salary OR 10 days paid vacation as a vacation reimbursement.

Job Duties:
– Assign cashier and other staff to duties and instruct, discipline them when needed.
– Supervise, prepare work schedule and co-ordinate activities of cashiers.
– Maintain inventory and ensure items are in stock, order merchandise when out of stock within the budget.
– Authorize payments and the return of merchandise under store refund policy.
– Prepare reports to record sales figures, merchandising for data analysis and forward planning.
– Handle customer complaints, requests and issues that may arise such as supply shortages etc.
– Ensure products are clean and ready to be displayed for store displays and signage etc.
– Recruit and train new staff, monitor and report on performance after hiring.

Skill Requirements:
Education: Completion of high school is required.
Experience: 1-2 years of retail sales experience as a retail salesperson or sales clerk, cashiers, telemarketer, door-to-door salesperson or rental agent is required.
Language: English
