We are looking for a full-time operations supervisor with organizational skills and rich experience in operations management who can maintain and optimize our processes and improve work efficiency.

Job duties:
1. Develop, evaluate, complete and execute work procedures based on our internal regulations.
2. Set up the timeline and work standards of the process, organize the relevant staff, and assign and guide team tasks.
3. Communicate and coordinate with other departments’ work arrangements and analyze and resolve work-related problems.
4. Oversee the ongoing process and record assigned tasks’ progress, prepare periodic performance reports and advise on process optimization to the leader.
5. Inspect, manage and maintain the regular operation of our official equipment and take inventory of office supplies.
6. Survey, declare and purchase office supplies, and properly allocate resources to each department as needed.
7. Collect essential contracts and forms and preserve and archive the company’s official documents.
8. Prepare the company brochure and provide general training for new hires, such as attendance management, security procedures, etc.
9. Conduct and arrange the reception for our visitors and keep a good relationship with stakeholders.
10. Assist in establishing and improving the company’s internal management system.

Education level: Minimum completion of a college education is required.

Required skills: Minimum three years of leadership experience required; Knowledge and understanding of working in a diverse environment; Ability to multi-task and prioritize proactively under pressure and meet deadlines; Possesses superior attention to detail; Initiative, determination, and creativity in solving problems; Advanced knowledge of MS Office applications

Additional skills / Assets: Experience in project management is an asset.
