One of the busiest Japanese restaurants, JJ Harmony Enterprises Inc. (dba. Little Mountain Sushi) located at beautiful Chilliwack, BC is currently looking for qualified full time Sushi cooks.

1) Position: Sushi cook (available: 2)
• Wage: $17.65/hour
• Types: Full-time, Permanent
• Working hours: 8 hours/day (40 hours/week)
• Benefits: 4% vacation pay of gross income, gratuities

2) Job requirements:
• 1 ~ 2 years of cooking experience in relevant area or completion of program in cooking
• Completion of High school
• Language at work: English

3) Job duties:
• Prepare and cook Japanese food items on the menu
• Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
• Clean kitchen and work areas
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Train staff in preparation, cooking and handling of food
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
