We at A&W is seeking for a Restaurant Manager on permanent basis to augment our staff at Burnaby location. If you are experienced, self motivated team player with great leadership skills, come forward to join our team.
As a Restaurant Manager your job description would be as follows:
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of a restaurant or other food or beverage service.
• Recruit staff and oversee staff training.
• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
• Set staff work schedules and monitor staff performance.
• Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices.
• Resolve customer complaints.
Education: Completion of Secondary School
