-Food service supervisor (5 vacancies):
Establish methods to meet work schedules
Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food
Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures
Ensure food service and quality control
Prepare budget and cost estimates
Address customers’ complaints or concerns
Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
Establish work schedules

-Food Counter Attendant (5 vacancies):
Bring clean dishes, flatware and other items to serving areas and set tables
Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts and waste disposal units
Clear and clean tables, trays and chairs
Operate dishwashers to wash dishes, glassware and flatware
Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas
Stock refrigerators and salad bars
Clean and sanitize kitchen including work surfaces, cupboards, storage areas, appliances and equipment
Receive, unpack and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards and other storage areas

Required languages: English

Education level: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Required skills: Assist in basic food preparation; Clean kitchen equipment; Load and unload dishwasher; Scrub pots and pans; Clean food preparation and storage areas; Receive and store goods.
