Cleaning Angels Janitorial Services Ltd is looking for two (2) Full-Time Cleaning Supervisors (NOC 62024-2)! This is a full-time, permanent position with 40 hours per week, $28.85/hour, with benefits.
Job Description:
• Supervise and co-ordinate the work of light duty, industrial or specialized cleaners and janitors
• Inspect sites or facilities to ensure established safety and cleanliness standards are met
• Recommend or arrange for additional services required such as painting, repair work, renovations or replacement of furnishings and equipment
• Train and lead cleaning staff
• Prepare work schedule and coordinate activities with those of other departments
• Manage budgeted hours and employees for the jobs assigned to them
• Receive payment for specialized cleaning jobs
• Perform duties of workers being supervised
Job Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of previous cleaning experience
• Must have driver’s licence
• Previous supervisor experience is an asset
• Able to prioritize tasks
• Works well under pressure
• Ability to take initiative and work well with others
• Leadership skills
• Language in the workplace is English
