Job Description

Cora Breakfast & Lunch on Mapleton Rd., is seeking one line cook to join its team.

Duties include:

-Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
-Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
-Plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, and monitor and order supplies
-Inspect kitchens and food service areas
-Order supplies and equipment
-Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
-Clean kitchen and work areas

This is a full-time (approx. 35 hrs weekly) permanent position. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year experience working as a cook.

Required languages: English or French

Education level: Secondary

Required skills: Attention to detail; can work in a fast-paced environment; ability to work under pressure
