Job duties:
• Plan, lead and supervise the operations of the administrative department.
• Organize, advise and supervise staff of the administrative department providing administrative services for the company, such as documents and records management, documents preparation, attendance management, human resources, security, parking, etc.
• Make sure all the policies and procedures are followed and complied with.
• Review and control budgets and supervise its execution.
• Prepare all kinds of documents, reports and information.
• Hand and train staff of the administrative department.
Employment requirements
Education: College diploma.
Experience: Several years of experience at a professional level in business administration, finance or administrative services
Language: Fluent English
