Position Title: Retail Sales Supervisor (NOC 62010)

Employer and Job Location: 287 Shediac Road, Moncton, NB E1A 2S5

Overview: We are looking for a Retail Sales Supervisor who is at team player and ability to supervise 2-3 employees. Job involves working on shift and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Working Conditions: Handling heavy loads, Combination of sitting, standing, walking, Walking
Sitting, Standing for extended periods, Bending, crouching, kneeling

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Maintain specific inventory, cycle counts and order merchandise
• Assign daily tasks to sales associates and prepare shift schedules. Monitor and report on performance.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of staff. Authorize refunds and return of merchandise
• Hire and train new employees according to store policies.
• Ensure store displays and promotion offers are displayed accurately
• Ensure cleanliness inside store and outside
• Resolve any issues that arise on shift, including customer complaints and inventory issues.
• Prepare reports such as inventory issues, sales volumes etc.

Qualifications and Experience:
• 1 year experience as a Retail Sales Supervisor would be an asset
• Supervise 2-3 employees
• Knowledge of business operations and good customer service is key
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends

Education
• Completion of secondary school would be an asset.

Vacancies: 1 Position
Wages: $18.75 per hour; 30-hour work week; overtime rate of $28.13 per hour after 44 hours per week
Benefits: 10 days annual vacation
Duration: Permanent, full time, year-round position
