Job Description
Sandhu & Sran Mortgages Inc. located at 2328 Clearbrook Rd, Abbotsford, BC V2T 2X5 requires Administrative Assistants with minimum high school education. Applicant should also have either at least 1 year of relevant experience or certificate/diploma in related field. Company will be paying very competitive wages @ $28.85 per hour to the suitable candidates. This is a full-time position with 30-40 hours of work per week. Selected candidates will be given training to understand the company’s operations and administration.
Following are the job duties:
· Open and distribute incoming regular and electronic mail and co-ordinate the flow of information internally
· Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer.
· Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
· Answer telephone and electronic enquiries and relay telephone calls and messages.
· Determine and establish office procedures.
· Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to appropriate person.
· Answer electronic enquiries.
· Compile data, statistics and other information.
· Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents
